We

something new. Now that you made the
decision to purchase a SCENAR device all sorts of questions come up.
You
have questions, we have answers...
With
us, you will always feel supported. We will never leave you alone with your
problems. By getting your device from us, you instantly become a part of a
vibrant growing community where healing miracles are shared almost every
day.
Even
if you purchased your device somewhere else, like E-Bay or an online service
that helped you save some cash, and now realize ... oh, did I really get a true SCENAR -
and where do I now go for support?.. don’t worry, we have systems in place,
training modules, virtual classroom, and membership sites to help you get it
all sorted out. (See our Training
section for more details.)
First
of all, our friendly staff is very accommodating and understands your needs. You
will be greeted by Jeanne, Tanya or one of our new customer support people, and
they will help you through the concerns that you may have.
Our
customer support team will let you know when and how your device has been
shipped, when to expect it, and how to track the parcel. All our devices are
shipped with the Operator’s Manuals, where you can find basic ways to operate
your new machine. However, if after reading the manual you still have
questions, we will be there to answer them.
The
good news is, the second generation SCENARs are simple in operation and easy to
turn on and handle. They are “low maintenance” and pretty hardy devices; just
keep them with batteries that are not run down and keep them from falling on the
floors or into water - and all will be well. Our SCENARs do not break often,
and even if they do (life is full of accidents and surprises), we will make
sure that you are not left without a device in the middle of the treatment
course.
If
you own the DOVE and it is under our standard 1-year replacement warranty, we
will send you a replacement device immediately; for any other SCENAR/COSMODIC
model we will supply you with a loaner device, until yours comes back repaired.
We
realize that most of your questions will evolve around treatment protocols and
procedures. We are here to help you find the answers you are seeking. Irina has some of the best manuals on
SCENAR therapy in the world, and this becomes a part of your device purchase
with us - as well as our new comprehensive training DVDs, that are available
depending on the package that you are investing in.
Our
websites are full of great educational content and even direct you to videos
and audios that you can download and play later.
For
a more personal touch, we are conducting teleconferences and webinars on a
regular basis, and as you are placed in our database, you will be receiving
notifications of the upcoming events. During these telemeetings/conferences/webinars
(usually conducted by Irina and David) you will have a chance to share
your experiences and observations and ask us your questions directly. And if you
miss one of those events, don’t worry. We have them all recorded and accessible
for you at any time in either the new Virtual Classroom or on our new membership
site, which you can join.
Our
teleconferences are also a great way for you to get to know other members of the
Transformational Health community. This community is a quickly growing
phenomenon, and brings the whole new meaning to the word “support”. Not only
our team, but also many other experienced SCENAR/COSMODIC users will be glad to
share their experiences with you and help you avoid many typical mistakes of
the “SCENAR newbie”.
Ready

Health Systems Conferences that we are conducting 4 times a year. You can find

Amongst many interesting topics, these conferences usually incorporate training
programs for SCENAR beginners, as well as for the experienced SCENAR users. We
structure our conferences in a way that many of the hours you spend
participating in the training programs can be credited towards your
certification as a Bio-energetic Technician or Specialist, which then leads to you
becoming a Transformational Health Coach or even, eventually, a Doctor of
Natural Medicine.
The
certification program is one of the ways we want to support you in your SCENAR
practice, if you decide to make SCENAR therapy your profession. Being conducted
through the College of International Holistic Studies (an accredited
educational institution in Canada), this program will ensure that your practice
is legal and protected. You can find out more about this program in the Training section on our site, as well as
on the College site www.cihs.ca.
We
also have in works the “Home School Your Health Care” training program, which
will be available through the Virtual Classroom. This program will support
those, who does not wish to practice SCENAR professionally, but would like to
learn as much as possible about their device and its capabilities in helping
family and friends.
These
are just a few of the ways we developed to support the new members of our
community – and we are constantly working on developing more. The reason we are doing it is partially
self-serving: after all, the better YOU are supported the better you will be at
using the wonderful technologies we are committed to, and the better we will
